In 1998 Mr. Feinstein was appointed by the Office of the Governor of the State of Illinois to serve a four year term as one of the seven members of the Marriage and Family Therapy Licensing and Disciplinary Board. The Board meets periodically in Chicago and Springfield to conduct its business.
